A tropical oasis inside a quiet & secure double-gated golf community. Located 2 houses from the 24-hour guard station. The house has 3 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms. It includes an open-air private patio with party table and large charcoal grill. There is a village swimming pool that is rarely occupied, plus access to a much larger swimming park at the golf clubhouse. There's also a 3-person spa jacuzzi with 39 hydro massage jets & dual rainfall showers. This is the ultimate family party location!

The place is a two-storey guesthouse wherein the kitchen is on the first floor and the two rooms are on the second floor. And one additional room on the ground floor. The rooms are fully airconditioned. Each room can fit up to 5 people. Kids are NOT free. The place is walking distance from the marketplace. Note: The owners' house is located in the same vicinity but we don't bother guests for privacy. So please have this in consideration if you really want something very private.
