For use: private beach, 2 kayaks, BBQ, firepit table, internet, dedicated work space, Smart TV w/ Netflix, Bose speaker, basic gym (bands & kettlebell), board & beach games, books and fully stocked kitchen. Strict 1 car, 2 person policy given small holding tank size - must be comfortable with 3 point turn req'd to exit narrow lane.

All kitchen supplies including microwave, coffee maker, toaster. Gas BBQ (propane included). Wi-fi and fibreoptic smart tv and DVD player. Board games, puzzles and books for those rainy days. There is a fire pit overlooking the beautiful sunset. Across the road from a children's playground.
