We have a full kitchen and amenities to make your stay more enjoyable. PLEASE note that the listing is based on 2 guests. There is a 500 php charge for each additional guest. Check-in time is from 3 PM - 6 PM. After 7 pm there is a 500 PHP late fee for overtime for our caretaker. Cutoff check-in is at 9 PM.

Landscaped area of 2500 m2. The location is 5 minutes away from Alona Beach, just far enough to be away from the crowds, but close enough to enjoy all the activities, restaurants, and bars. Wifi is free and available in the property.

Air-conditioned room with a bunk bed and two single beds, good for 4 persons with private bathroom (inside the room). In addition, two extra beds can be added. The Barkada room is located directly at the entrance to our house and has its own entrance. It's a cool and cozy atmosphere. The location is very close to the beach (five minutes walk). We serve you a breakfast included in the price!
