This sweet post & beam house is located near town yet private and tucked away in the woods, cozy & comfortable, pet friendly, close to ATV & snowmobile trails, and Baxter State Park, Katadhin Woods and Water, plus numerous lakes and the beautiful Penobscot River. The house can comfortably sleep up to 6 people. The living area is open and sunny with a big kitchen. There is plenty of parking for recreational trailers. Come enjoy a rewarding climb up Katahdin or grab a book and read on the deck.

The Nest is our lakeside cottage in the ❤️ of Maine’s recreational playground. You are steps from a crystal clear spring fed lake; we are also situated on ATV and snowmobile trails. Enjoy the calls of the loons & waves lapping at the shore; take in the incredible sunsets over the lake & unwind in front of the fire. Perfect Lakeside Getaway!

The perfect lakeside getaway spot with beautiful views. It is renovated with an old time cozy camp feel, with modern conveniences. This pet friendly camp is across the street from Schoodic Lake. The cozy camp sleeps 5-6 comfortably with on-site parking for three. The camp is located on ITS 111 trails for snowmobiling and ATVing. Hunting, fishing and hiking destinations include, Baxter State Park, Gulf Hagas, and Katadin Iron Works. Water access at Knights Landing just a short distance away.

Glamping at its best! Beautiful custom built yurt on the banks of the Penobscot river along the Grindstone Scenic Byway. Close to Baxter State Park and majestic Mount Katahdin as well as Katahdin Woods and Waters National Park. Two miles to Penobscot River Trails with miles of groomed cross country skiing and mountain biking. 4 seasons of hiking, biking, fishing, canoeing, kayaking, white water rafting, skiing, and miles and miles of snowmobiling! 1 hour to Bangor 2 hours to Bar Harbor

A Little Piece of Heaven

Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). 3 night minimum. Cottage is located at 32 Lake Avenue, Brownville, Maine 04414. Turn right at A.E. Roberson's convenience store in Brownville, Maine onto Church Street. Follow Church Street for 4.7 miles and turn right onto Schoodic Lake Road. Follow Schoodic Lake Road for Approx. 4 miles. Bear right after crossing the railroad tracks and 32 Lake Ave. will be on your left at our mail box.

South Twin Place

South Twin Place is located on the shores of South Twin Lake on the Pemadumcook Chain of Lakes. Perfectly located for your trip to the Kathadin region for visiting Baxter State Park (Mt. Kathadin), exploring the lakes with many gorgeous beaches, white water rafting the Penobscot River, fishing, riding ATV's or snowmobiling on the Jo Mary trail system from the property! Property has excellent swimming and plenty of dock space for your boat. Located just 6 miles from in-town Millinocket!

Waters Edge Cottage

This peaceful camp is just perfect for you and your family or friends to see how much this beautiful part of Maine has to offer. It rests on its own private lot in a calm cove on South Twin Lake. It’s 15 minutes from Millinocket and approximately 45 minutes to Baxter State Park. The cottage is well equipped and has all new appliances, an eat-in kitchen as well as a gas and charcoal grill outside. This lakefront cabin is about 10 miles from Millinocket Maine and near Baxter State Park. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The deck of this amazing property sits out over the beautiful waters of South Twin Lake. Spectacular views await you from both the inside and outside of the camp. This very private property consists of the entire peninsula. There is a large dock that is great for fishing, boating and swimming on the opposite side of the peninsula.

Windy Point Cottage on Ambajejus Lake

Windy Point Cottage is a full amenity waterfront cottage. Located on Ambajejus Lake, we are only 8 miles outside of Millinocket and about 15 to Baxter State Park. Enjoy the use of our beach and kayaks and then relax on the wrap around deck and watch our amazing sunsets. We also have a fire pit/wood for those nights of sitting around a fire telling stories and creating memories. A gas grill and picnic table are also on premises as well as a screened gazebo.
