Fenced back yard. Pets are welcome. Two bedrooms with two baths plus twin bed. No cell service or wi fi on site due to location. Landline provided. There is Dish satellite tv. This apartment complex built in 1929, it is located within easy walking distance to the University of Wyoming and downtown. And is less then a block away from the Laramie Plains Museum and the Alice Hardy Stevenson Center, where many weddings are hosted throughout the year.

Charming turn-of-the-century carriage house. Private entrance, and offstreet parking. Full kitchen with all the amenities. We are pet friendly, and require pups be on leash on common ground, and taken to alley to potty. We always greet our guests to show them their space.
