The Carriage House is a private, separate dwelling located on the property of Molly's Manor B&B. Unique and comfortable, 525 sq. ft. No step entry. Main floor includes a bedroom with one Queen-size bed, a cozy living room, fully equipped kitchen with appliances and cookware, and bathroom with a large shower; W/D. Francis Case Reservoir Home

The house is in a rural setting just west of Lake Andes, S.D. The town has a grocery store, gas stations and a BBQ place . It is also located close to Fort Randall/Francis Case Reservoir, six miles north of the dam with great access to boat ramps. The house has YouTube TV with a fishing theme throughout the house. There are a few steps to get up to the main bathroom and the 3 bedrooms and a few steps down to the recreation room.

Just a block from the Missouri River and walking distance to boat ramps at American Creek Marina.. it’s a 7 bedroom (14 beds) 3 bath home, with large dining room for gathering, full kitchen featuring double oven range and coffee bar, additional upstairs living room and kitchenette bar area, large mudroom for all of your outdoor adventure equipment, and a separate “poker room” / party room and so much more!

New mattresses installed 2022 Whirlpool bathtub in MB So your next visit should be a bit more comfy than the previous visit!! NOTE: There are several types of snakes native to the area. Bull, racer and rattlesnake. We have seen all of these in the past ten years.
