A two rooms private apartment with a king size bed. Strong wifi, smart tv, towels, clean sheets, refrigerator, portable induction cooktop (really efficient from Ikea), two heating plates, microwave, mini oven, pots and pan. There is also a sink beside the bed that might not appear on some pictures. Also access to a laundry and dryer machine in another room that you share with us, as we live in the same building. The actual bed is the one you see in the lasts pictures, still a king size.

Facile d’accès près des autoroutes ou à 2 min d’un arrêt d’autobus pour le métro qui mène à Montréal. Environ 30-45 minutes en voiture. Épiceries & autres à proximité

Un loft avec balcon, salle de bain privée, cuisinette privée, entrée et stationnement privés dans une maison unifamiliale proche de Montréal. Il est équipé par thermopompe murale, table de cuisson à induction mobile, petit four en acier inoxydable, plancher chauffant, détecteur d'humidité, smart TV(Bell) etc. Le est queen. Laveuse et sécheuse sont partagées. Rénovation complétée en janvier 2023. Les meubles sont de 2023. Plusieurs commerces accessibles à pied.

Awesome studio, great location in NDG - CITQ301611

My place is private, cosy, clean and convenient. It is a two-minute walk to Monkland Village which has great restaurants​, grocery store, health store, coffee shops, bakeries and more. We are a 2-minute​ walk from the Villa Maria Metro station with access to Montreal city within 10-15 minutes and have free, non-permit parking outside the apartment. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with babies).

Independent suite with kitchenette, bathroom, and office nook. Located on the ground floor of our house in a quiet and safe residential area. Bright accommodation with a view of the backyard garden. Outdoor spaces and amenities (pool, patio, BBQ) shared with the homeowners. Free and secure street parking in front of the house. Montreal is 25 minutes by car and 40 minutes by public transit.

New semi- basement and cleaned apartment. Located in Laval very close to montreal. Near Buses 3 mins , Subway 6 mins ( cartier) by walking , and all services. It is a quiet place.The first floor is occupied by the owner with a seperate entrance. Free parking on premise. Not suitable for children under 2 years.
