Our home is located in a quiet neighborhood close to beaches, golf courses and bike trails. It is a short drive to Chatham town center and is the perfect location to be close to all attractions but secluded enough to unwind. Take advantage of the outdoors on a new deck and large backyard. Large, mature plants and trees surround the property on three sides. Blackberry, raspberry and blueberry bushes in the backyard provide ripe fruit in the summer months.

Enjoy our large back yard and private road that leads to the Pond behind the house, for fishing, non-motor boating, paddle board 1.3 mile to Jackknife beach, 3.2 mile to oyster pond beach, lighthouse beach 3.8 miles. Our cleaning fee will cover bed sheets (beds not made) and pillow cases. Please bring your own bath towels or rent locally. We have self serve beach towels available but please wash dry and return
