This is a one bedroom, second story apartment located in Waverly, NY. We are centrally located, within minutes of Robert Packer Hospital & half an hour from Arnot Ogden Memorial Hospital. We are within driving distance of Sayre, Elmira, Watkins Glen, Ithaca & Binghamton. Easy access to I-81. ***Max occupancy is four guests. Anyone staying overnight must be listed in the reservation. Free street parking is available in front of the house. Odd/even parking will start Saturday, Nov. 1. and end March 31st. in the Village of Elmira Heights. Just off of I86, Corning Glass and Watkins Glen are 15 to 20 minutes away. The malls are less than 5 min. The Finger Lakes wineries and breweries are main attractions, along with NASCAR @ Watkins Glen International Racetrack, The Corning Glass Center, Elmira Civic Center, Clemons Center Performing Arts Ctr and Montour Falls.
