Must be able to do stairs to bedrooms. (Basement & Master bedroom upstairs locked off). Bathroom, kitchen & greatroom on ground level. Bedrooms, laundry & bathrooms on middle level. Porches overlooking lake. Electric car charger outlet at carport. One dog allowed with pet fee of $75. $25 will be refunded if no damage. No cats.

Relax around the lakefront fire pit, or on the AMAZING and huge screened in porch. Downtown Hayesville is just minutes away, as are many hiking and mountain biking trails at Fire's Creek or Jackrabbit Park.

Take advantage of the hiking and biking on the Jack Rabbit Mountain trails along the shores by Lake Chatuge. Winter discounts available from January 1 until March 31. OPTIONAL MINI COTTAGE (for a third bedroom that sleeps 2) with Queen sized bed and TV but no extra bathroom for an extra $25 per night plus $25 cleaning.
