La casa de campaña se entrega montada con una colchoneta matrimonial, dos almohadas y dos sábanas, al exterior incluye 1 hamaca y una mesa de madera con 2 sillas. Disfruta del cielo mágico al llegar la noche.

En el interior de Ejido Valle Teotihuacan, se encuentra esta pequeña propiedad de 1 hectárea tipo Finca de Café y Cacao, muy cercana a Puente Malpaso, rio Coatán en la carretera a Nueva Alemania y el camino a Tapachula. Rodeada de fincas viejas, cafetales ejidales y avecindados. La Finca familiar tiene el proposito de promover la cultura de conservación de los recursos naturales y culturales de la región. El camino es arbolado, en ambos lados con vistas panoramicas hacia el volcán Tacana.
