Centrally located in the rebuilding town of Paradise. Every home on our street was lost in the 2018 Camp Fire. We are the fourth home to be rebuilt on the street. There is new hope for this small mountain community. Decorated in a cozy cottage look with comfortable beds and everything you need in our stocked kitchen. Excellent internet and a smart TV . There is an outdoor table for and gas grill. Our local marina, Line Saddle, has boat, paddle board and kayak rentals for a day on the lake.

Close to Bidwell Park, amazing restaurants and easy access to the freeway this is the perfect place to stay! This is a DRUG AND SMOKE FREE zone. $500 will be charged for non-compliance.

Orchard Cottage w/ Level 2 EV Charger

This cottage was completely remodeled in 2020. It sits on the back of our property and backs up to an orchard. The property is over an acre. It is quiet and peaceful. You will find fruit trees, grapes, a garden and chickens. The chickens roam the property during the day. You may hear a rooster in the AM. There is a covered patio and fire pit to enjoy the evenings in Chico. If you like to cook outdoors there is a gas BBQ & pellet grill/smoker. It is 1.8 miles from Chico State and Downtown.

Your family will be close to everything including historic Bidwell Park and California State University Chico when you stay at this centrally-located downtown bungalow. You'll be comfortable in the 3 bedroom, 2 bath turn of the century house that was renovated in the early 2000's to include an open living concept.
