The Carriage Barn in Historical Williston Village

Welcome to the Carriage Barn. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally located loft barn apartment. Relax in a quintessential Vermont location close to hiking, skiing, biking, Burlington & all things Vermont has to offer every season. The loft apartment can sleep up to 4 & is an open, two-story concept with full bath/shower & walk in closet. Parking & close to markets, shopping, restaurants, bike path, playground. This guest house has been built and designed by my husband and I. It sits behind our house with private walking/biking trails right out your door. The design is modern with natural warm colors and tucked away in the trees. The loudest noise you will hear are the owls hooting and a faint distant train whistle two times a day. Our mission is to create an atmosphere of tranquility, calmness and peace. We offer mother nature outside your door with easy access to all the activities you desire.

Kayak, swim or paddleboard on nearby Lake Iroquois 2 miles away or Lake Champlain 9 miles away.

Forest Hideaway

Our single story 2 bedroom 1 bath home is located within 30 minutes of Mad River Glen and Sugarbush ski areas and the quaint towns of Bristol, Richmond and Waitsfield. Drive another 15 minutes to Burlington or the Bolton Valley Ski Area. Hiking, biking and cross country skiing trails are nearby, or just sit on the porch and enjoy the sounds of the nearby river. Snow tires and front wheel or 4 wheel drive vehicles necessary during the winter months.

Guest Suite w/hot tub & fireplace

Our property in Vermont is a slice of heaven: Set between Burlington & Stowe, 10 minutes off the main highway I-89, with quick access to the main spots in Vermont, but tucked down a dirt road with nothing but the sounds of the stream. On our property we built The Tuckaway Suite, an entirely private guest suite above our garage. With access to a hot tub, and hiking trails right outside the door, this space is a brand new build with cozy cabin vibes.
