This Cabin is unique, all handmade by me. It is located in small forest around you many trees and everything is green. You will have lot of space and yard with outdoor gazebo. This place is quietest area in the city. Cabin is made from natural materials, wood, steel, brick, glass. All cabin, furniture, lights, interiors accessories is handmade. No sound will disturb you. Me and my family will host you and help with everything what you want. Cabin is located from city center 1.5 KM.

Nino's Cosy Apartment

Our brand new apartment is located in a cosy environment at 4 Korkia Street (entrance from Tamar the Quees Street) in the very center of Kutaisi city. There are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, spacy living room with TV, kitchen, air-conditioning, heating and all necessary things that the guests might need. Our guests will feel a very comfortable atmosphere in our apartment which is located within a few minutes walking area from the main square, markets, restaurants, bars and bus stops.

Tower Hydropower

The Tower is suitable for everyone who’s passionate about nature and the sounds of waterfalls and rivers. Located in Imereti, the wine region surrounded by mountains and rivers. At the beginning of the 20th century, the tower served as a micro-hydropower plant. After the building's rehabilitation, a modern Archimedean screw turbine was installed. The total area of the land lot is 1,130 sq m, with a 140-sq-m building offering a panoramic view.

Sunrise is the house with bright rooms on the first and second floor of an important historical building of 1880, with privileged views of city center in Kutaisi. The house is newly renovated with charming ceiling, clean beds and terrace of 30 mq. The private rooms have its private bathroom, equipped kitchen, shower and window. Welcome to our apartment .It is nestled on a no-through road in cosy yard. Apart is only 1-2 min walk to the city center , shops, restaurants, parks, tourism center. Its the historical area of the city, only 150 m from Colchis fountain. For my guests I can organize car renting, also can provide some trips by car. and can pick up from the airport anytime.
