Stonesthrow from sandy beach, short walk to the pub and only a 20 minute drive to central Christchurch this is the place to be close to the city but feel like a world apart. Outdoor kitchen, separate bathroom with gas shower, use of sit on sea kayaks. Laundry by negotiation. Car port parking but the drive is pretty steep, other parking just below. 15 min drive to Lyttleton with all amenities and easy access to the harbour bays.
