The Kenai Peninsula is an ideal hub for all of your outdoor adventures. Enjoy fishing on the Kenai river, hiking, sight seeing & fly out guide tours in the summer & ice fishing, snowshoeing, skiing, & so much more in the winter! You will enjoy this peaceful setting surrounded by forest and wildlife with spectacular views of the Kenai River and Mountains. Fish from the property's riverbanks or travel to a nearby town to fish a lake or ocean. The natural landscape of this property offers flower gardens with picnic spaces, and several fire pits to fully enjoy your stay in Alaska.

One bedroom apartment above the garage located on a 5 acre quiet lot just five minutes from downtown Kenai, five minutes from beach access and fifteen minutes from (URL HIDDEN) This unit has a new queen bed, DirecTv, Full bathroom, Private entrance & is fully furnished with dishes, pots & pans, silverware etc. You might notice a slight lean to the building when you arrive. Engineers have ruled the building as completely safe so please don't be concerned.

This home is located in a quiet, wooded neighborhood, five minutes south of Soldotna. It's 70 miles to Homer and an hour and a half to Seward. It's close to the Kenai and Kasilof rivers. There's plenty of parking for a boat, snowmobile or trailer. There's moose and caribou in the area and the back yard has many varieties of birds. There are beautiful gardens front and back and lawns.

Private Alaskan Cabin, pet friendly

One room cabin is close to town and shopping but located directly between the Kenai and Kasilof rivers and 30 minutes from Deep Creek Halibut fishing. This private cabin sits at the end of a cul-de-sac in a small, dog friendly neighborhood with Alaska's wilderness at it's back. No smoking. Pets welcome. RV parking upon request
