The terraced deck area is perfect for casting a line or launching the provided kayak for a paddle. Split cycle air conditioning will keep you comfortable. The apartment offers a 5 minute level stroll to the main street of Sawtell, a vibrant little town with more than its fair share of cool cafes, a pub, restaurants, a cinema, chemist and boutique shopping. It is also a short stroll to Bonville Headland.
