The space is located just a block from a stretch of restaurants on NE Killingsworth, two blocks from all of the restaurants and shops on NE Alberta, and a five minute walk to beautiful Alberta Park. This unit is equipped with a toaster oven, hot plate, full size fridge, and dishwasher. Please note this is the lower unit of our home so you will likely hear day to day noises between 6am and 7pm.

And there's access to a kegerator that usually has a local ale on tap. 2 blocks from Pier Park with its majestic trees and world-class disc golf, a short walk to downtown St Johns, and a short bike ride or drive to the University of Portland.

Street parking is easy in our neighborhood and you’ll have easy access to I-405, I-5 plus, we’re just a 15 minute trip to downtown.

Turn of the century/Wes Anderson Inspired converted lower level basement of an 1890s house. Great proximity to Downtown and public transportation, as well as all the cool stuff to do in N Portland. We are a block away from Mississippi Ave. and close to N. Williams and Freeway access to I-5. You will have a private entry from the front of the house. Our place is good for couples, business travelers, friends, and families (with kids). We do not allow smoking of any substances in the home.

The Sneakaway

Built to feel like a little touch of luxury, with the quaintness and quality of a craft home. This place is a true sneak-away with a two person soaking tub, marble shower, king tempurpedic bed and a fully stocked kitchen. This open studio has 15 ft ceilings allowing ample sunlight and a large, light feeling. This house was designed and built by me my friends so no detail is overlooked or unintentional. This was our labor of love for a year and Im so excited to now be able to share it.

Enjoy this quiet, roomy and well-located 1 bedroom apartment. You have a completely separate entrance, living room and kitchenette. Near to I-5 and I-205 with shopping, restaurants, parks & the Salmon Creek trail all within 1.5 miles. PDX airport is 20-25 minutes. This sophisticated, well appointed basement guest suite with private entrance and a lovely backyard oasis is located within walking and biking distance (one mile) from the Alberta Arts District.
