Located in the heart of Penns Valley, this charming house sits on the banks of Pine and Elk creek just upstream from the confluence of Penns Creek. Conveniently nestled 22 miles from Penn State and 30 mins from Bucknell University. Whether its fly fishing in the front yard on a stretch of private stream or reading a book on the patio while your kids are at Camp Woodward, this place has something for everyone. Featuring 2 fire pits, BBQ gas grill, prime fishing access, and river tubes included.

This unique space is a walk-out apartment attached to our newly built home. It is set on a working family farm in beautiful Penns Valley. We raise 100% grass fed beef along with some chickens and pigs. We use sustainable farming practices, and are invested in renewable solar and geothermal sources. The breathtaking view is the reason our lovey modern home sits on its southernly exposed hill - inviting plenty of natural light! We offer comfort, solitude & relaxation as well as activity and fun.

Perfect place to stay for PSU games or fishing trips (you can even fish right out the back door!). Also great for longer retreats (writing, art, fishing, family, football!). The house has 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a private bath. The other two bedrooms share a full bathroom. There is a coffee/tea cart in the hall with a Keurig K-cup machine, cups, spoons, forks, knives and snacks. There is also a small refrigerator and microwave oven. There is NOT a kitchen. The refrigerator will have complimentary bottled water and half & half. Please let me know if you would like something else in the fridge, like milk or heavy cream for your coffee/tea.

Our cottage is located in a safe & quiet neighborhood. It is very cozy, relaxing and private. Our cottage lies on the outskirts of the quaint little town of Woodward, nestled along the woods, in the midst of Amish country. We are located halfway between State College (Penn State) and Lewisburg (Bucknell), approximately 40 minutes commute either way. This area is well known for hiking, biking, hunting and excellent fly fishing.
