La playa está a una corta caminata. En ella desemboca un río. La piscina se comparte con otras residencias. También puede disfrutar del área de toboganes y el restaurante de la laguna (piscina gigante). Muy cerca de supermercado, farmacia y tiendas diversas. Muy cerca del pueblo de Río Hato y de otros proyectos de playa.
