Malletts Bay Flat

Newly remodeled with a separate entrance to first level of a raised ranch home. Private bathroom, queen sized bed and sitting area. There are down pillows and comforter on the bed. Eating area with table and chairs, microwave and fridge. Heated by a gas stove. We are a 10 minute drive to Burlington and a 10 minute walk to Bayside Beach and Park with lighted tennis courts and beach. There is a grocery/liquor store a 5 minute walk away. No pets allowed due to severe allergies in family member.

Winooski is referred to as “the Brooklyn of Burlington” because of the foodie scene and rich cultural diversity.

Situated just off the causeway bike path, you'll have access to miles of biking and walking trails. Downtown Burlington is just a 15-minute drive away.

Beautiful Colonial across the street from Lake Champlain. Beach access, minutes walk to Bayside Park, 8 miles from downtown Burlington, 45 minutes to Smuggler's Notch and Stowe. Perfect for a family reunion or relaxing getaway. Serene country farmhouse on 14 acres of nature with pond views from your room. Super comfortable tempurpedic queen bed. First floor suite off main house with private entrance and deck with seating, and private bathroom. Basic kitchenette (mini frig, microwave, keurig). Portable infrared sauna in winter months. 9 miles to Burlington and 5 mins to shops & restaurants. We are in a part of Essex that is rural (the village, Essex Junction is more of a city.)

Lakefront Cabin on Mallett's Bay Lake Champlain

We are a 2 bdrm 1 bath bungalow located in Colchester VT, lakefront on the Mallet's Bay portion of Lake Champlain. There is beach access directly across the street for kayaking, sailing, paddle boarding, and sunset watching. The lake is a bay section so the bottom is muddy, recommend water shoes! We are just a 15 minute drive to Burlington for shopping and dining. There is a small covered porch to sit on and a lake to look out on.

Cozy downstairs of a converted barn with efficient rinai heater, AC, wood-fired sauna, both inside and outdoor showers, new Casper queen-sized bed and kitchenette w/keurig, hot water kettle, microwave, toaster oven, mini-fridge, and electric coils to cook on. Fire pit and seating outdoors and sauna indoors we can start for you. Quiet long-term tenants live above. STR License: 24104
