Swan’s Nest is nestled between the American narrows portion of the main channel of the St. Lawrence River and peaceful Swan Bay. This 4 bedroom/3 full bathroom home features a gorgeous floor-to-ceiling river stone gas fireplace as the focal point of the main floor, as well as a fully stocked kitchen and king master suite. Downstairs is a cozy sun room with a fireplace, and an Irish pub style bar room. To the rear, double decks overlook the wide lawn and waterfront access to Swan Bay.

It has 2 fire pits, rocky coves to watch the sunset, and 3 acres of flat land that allows children to run and explore. We are 12 minutes from Abay and Clayton. The fishing off the shore is amazing and instantly rewarding for little ones.. We also have 2 kayaks and 1 paddle board available for use.

Our upstairs apartment has a view of the St. Lawrence River and all the comforts of home. The village of A-Bay is a short walk, the quaint town of Clayton a 15 minute drive and Cape Vincent and Tibbets Point Lighthouse is 40 minutes away where Lake Ontario and The St Lawrence meet for a great sunset.
