Neighborhood home in Manitowoc

Guests must check-in in person. 4 bedroom ranch home with deck and backyard in a pleasant neighborhood with sidewalks. 3 full bathrooms, one with an oversized jacuzzi tub. Large entertaining areas both on the main floor and the fully finished basement with wet bar, wine cellar and waterfall feature. There’s two fireplaces and an outdoor fire pit. This house is not suitable for children between the ages of 2 and 12. No internet. Easy access to I-43 approximately 25 miles to Green Bay or Kohler.

Get out and enjoy nature, then return to a quiet mix of modern and retro in this family home only a block away from Lake Michigan. There are three parks and two beaches within a mile, as well as Terry Andrae State Park about 10 minutes away. We began caring for this home and property in 2018, and this 1870's home needed some love. We have been steadily remodeling since we moved in and it's starting to feel pretty great. We're excited to share it and the neighborhood with you. We are two blocks west of North Beach/Deland Park, 4 blocks to the river front boardwalk, home to many restaurants, cafe's, and shops. We are also four quick blocks to downtown which hosts many more restaurants, shops, museums and parks.

We’re transparent with our pricing, that’s why we don’t have cleaning fees! The price you see is the price you pay (local taxes still apply). Come stay near the heart of Oshkosh - you’ll be on the second floor with views of Lake Winnebago. If you need anything during your stay we live on-site and are only a message away. Don’t worry though, the units are completely separated so you’ll have all the privacy you desire during your stay.

Quiet Country School House

School house built in 1919 and renovated to a home in 1999. An original library, hardwood floors, and tin ceiling. Centrally located to Green Bay, Two Rivers, Manitowoc, and only an hour to Door county. There is a free boat launch for Lake Michigan ten miles east. Maribel Caves is just a short drive. Lambeau Field is only 27 miles away. The schoolhouse is pretty secluded. If you just want to sit around a fire and relax.
