The Treehouse

Relax and explore in a gorgeous mid century cabin nestled amongst the cedars and fir. The treehouse has big windows looking out at the forest to your private creek. It’s a lovely secluded one bedroom with a huge rock fireplace, reading nook, 100% organic cotton sheets, unscented eco friendly soap, and free internet. Take a hike down to the creek, or just open a window and let the babbling brook lull you to sleep at night. There’s nothing like watching the rain fall from your private hot tub.

Private Modern Treehouse on Highland Farm

Designed as a nod to my heritage, Skoghus ('forest house' in Norwegian) was crafted for relaxation, and reconnecting with nature. The treehouse sits in the centre of a Scottish Highland cattle farm, with pasture and forest in all directions. From the yard, you'll be able to observe and engage with the farm's cattle when they come by. Inside, you can disconnect and unwind, with luxury amenities. The dwelling is completely unique and provides a very special feeling while living in the trees.

Once tucked back into the woods, this newly improved 1920s cabin now enjoys a front-row seat to the grandeur of the Hood Canal thanks to a tidal creek that has washed away the sandy soil that once supported the departed trees. Equipped with an outdoor hot shower, Wi-Fi, a 100 inch screen/projector, and hot tub, you can truly get away from it all among lush evergreens just 10 minutes from Redmond.
