Our Place

Our quiet 1940's farmhouse will have you feeling you are at Grandma's house. Surrounded by beautiful, gently rolling hills, Our Place is kid friendly with plenty of room to roam or relax by the fire with family and friends. A detached garage is available for added security. We are a short drive to Kid’s America, Roscoe Village, Amish country and area wineries. No pets or smoking to protect guests with allergies. Very clean. Perfect for families or hunting groups. Retreat to the Fresno Escape! A private cabin featuring a year-round hot tub, perfect for relaxation. Tucked among pines and rocks in the heart of Amish country, where the occasional clip-clop of horse and buggies adds charm. Styled like a railroad depot, the artistically furnished home displays intricate stonework, tile and custom stained glass. The kitchen includes appliances and cookware, with the outdoor area offering a propane grill. Complimentary firewood is provided for the firepit.

Pearl's Place in heart of Historic Roscoe Village

UNIQUE EXPERIENCE to stay in one of the most iconic buildings in Historic Roscoe Village! The 1860's canal era building has a long history, originally constructed as a hotel on the 2nd and 3rd floors, the main floor was a pharmacy and dry goods store. This apartment is where the original hotel lobby was first located. You will now find a full kitchen, full bathroom, living/dining room, and a bedroom with a king size bed. The apartment has Direct TV as well as high speed internet.

Nestled in the woods at the top of a mile long lane, this little oasis is just the place for hunters to relax and enjoy the country setting. This rustic 1 room cabin is near the main house. We are close by and available. It includes your own fire pit, gas grill, festive outdoor lighting, a fully stocked kitchen and full bath and more than enough space to pull in and park your trailer and ATV. It is a mile from Woodbury Wildlife area, one of the largest state hunting areas in Ohio.

Relax in this romantic getaway, soak in the hot tub and enjoy nature, or walk across the driveway and put a kayak in and travel the whole way down to the Ohio River. Enjoy many wineries in the area, or explore the historic Roscoe village in Coshocton. In the evening, relax with an outdoor fire or cozy up inside and enjoy the gas fireplaces

We are situated near I-70 and, Dillon State Park, Blackhand Gorge and The Wilds. Bald Eagle, Deer, Turkey, Rabbit, Squirrels are in the area.There's golf, wineries and breweries nearby. You'll love the coziness and privacy of the place. This place is good for couples, families, solo adventurers and business travelers.
