Just out your door are the many shops, galleries and restaurants, yet on your beach side deck overlooking the beautiful vistas of Kachemak Bay, you’ll swear you are miles away. Conveniently located next door to Central Charters and Tours and Captain Pattie's Restaurant, across the street from the Homer harbor. We have 4 more units. 3 on the spit and 1 house in town. Our plush beds, comfy sofa, fully stocked kitchen, & custom shower make the indoors super comfortable; while our lounge chairs, picnic table, grill & fire pit will help you take in Alaska's beauty.

Welcome to our handcrafted home! We are away fishing and welcome you to enjoy the fruits of our labor. Bask in the morning sun on our spacious deck overlooking the gorgeous bay and it’s snow capped mountains. Cook your days' catch on the bbq and eat on our handmade picnic table. Finally, after your day of hiking, come soak in our hot tub and sip on some local wine while the sun sets over the mountains. Lastly, let the sound of our stream lull you to sleep in our custom artistic home!

Modern New Cabins with Incredible Views - Cabin #4

Relax and unwind & enjoy the Mountain and Bay views when you stay in this unique place. Our Cabin #4 , is identical to our other Cabins and is the perfect Alaska get-away! The large deck is ideal for enjoying morning coffee and endless summer sunsets. Featuring 1 bedroom, a kitchen with a microwave and a fridge, coffee maker, utensils, TV, Internet, sleeper couch & 1 bathroom with a shower/tub. Ideal for stays of 3 nights or longer. Ample Free Parking is Included.

The Cowboy Cabin

This simple, charming cabin sits atop a green (or white or brown) pasture overlooking Kachemak Bay and two spoiled horses. It has a quiet “out of town” feel, yet, the Spit and downtown homer are only an 8-12 minute drive away. You might find fresh eggs from our hens in the refrigerator if they are producing well! It includes one comfy queen bed, full bathroom with laundry, and a small but capable kitchen. Longer stays here are economical and comftorable.

Historic Russian Cabin With Ocean Views

The hand hewn log cabin was built in the late 1800's by Russian settlers and is located in the historic native/Russian settlement of Ninilchik. (An idyllic village that sits on the Cook Inlet, through which the lovely winding Ninilchik River runs.) 180 mile drive from anchorage and only 35 miles from famous Homer, Alaska on the Kachemak bay. You will have total privacy but if you need anything im a 5 minute walk down the road and always reachable by phone.

Coho Cottage

Cute 1950’s cottage charmingly restored with antiques and nautical decor. It is perfect for two adults, good with a couple kids added or total of three adults but tight with 4 adults. Centrally located it is a 13 minute walk to downtown (.7 miles), 8 minute walk to the boat harbor (.5 miles), 5 minute walk to Two Lakes Park and a 2 minute walk to the gazebo on the lagoon. The fenced yard backs up to the mountain for added privacy.

(The lower deck is temporarily closed for repairs but the upper deck and the gazebo are still open). Long term rental stays are for winter months only. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Nestled on 16.7 acres of Alaskan land with access to a private lake. The perfect place to relax after a long day of adventure. (Property is shared with a main house, another cabin, and yurt) but there is plenty of space for privacy.

We are 10 min outside of Wasilla on the west side of Wasilla, and a good jumping off place to your your trip to interior Alaska.
