Just minutes from Hwy 101 and downtown Coos Bay and close to many restaurants, pubs, services, and shopping.

It's a short walk to convenience stores, restaurants and the Charleston Marina. Neighborhood is made up of small homes and mobile homes. Check yourself in with a lockbox. Bear Cabin offers peace, privacy, beautiful views, hiking trails, fire pit, outdoor dining, fast internet, and occasional visits from a sweet little buck named Apples. Old-fashioned camping -- but comfortable! Close (5 mi) to Bandon/beach/golf, but far enough inland to escape coastal fog.

Downtown Warm House Apartment

Apartment is situated close to downtown Coos Bay, within easy access to recreation areas in the surrounding county, 1 mile to Bay Area Hospital. One bedroom with CalKing bed, 2nd bedroom with queen size bed. Additional sleeping space - hide-a-bed couch in the living area. Pet friendly. The Warmhouse apartment is recently renovated, quiet and cozy, located on the first floor of the 2-story house. It is totally private. There is another short term rental apartment on the second floor.
