Easy access highway, 5 mins straight drive to new hospital and Grenfell Campus, 10 mins to amenities. 1.5 hrs drive to Gros Morne National Park, 40 mins drive to deer lake airport, 2.50 hrs to Ferry.

Only a 5 min drive to local Hospital, Parks, as well as Downtown area (Broadway/West St), where you can enjoy some Fine Dining at Local Restaurants, and also check out some Micro-Breweries, Pubs, & Coffee Shops. Shopping Centers & Corner Brook Civic Center are nearby, as well as a short 10-15 min drive to Marble Mountain to enjoy a weekend on the slopes or book a Ziplining adventure!

We would love for you to stay whether it is for a shopping trip, a getaway to ski, snowmobile, hike, doctor's appointment or short stay work arrangement. Cozy cottage, directly downtown with a 2 minute walk to Broadway. There aren't many places in Corner Brook with an amazing view of the water and a 2 minute walk to the best sushi in Newfoundland. This coastal location is great for bird-watching. Osprey are often seen diving for fish while cruise ships travel up and down the Humber mouth. Our space is a cozy, one bedroom house designed with travelers in mind. With full laundry and all the kitchen amenities so you can feel at home.

This unit is a private apartment in the lower level of my home. There is some noise transfer between the dwellings. There are a number of stairs to the unit. The unit has a washer and dryer. Parking in driveway is available. There is an EV charger for conditional use. Weekly and monthly discounts available.
