Once a part of a coconut grove, its now a peaceful tropical retreat just 30 minutes away from town by golf cart and a short ride to Secret Beach. You may occasionally notice sargassum on the shoreline, a natural occurrence caused by seasonal ocean currents and weather patterns. We have two units available: 1A and 1B.

A central & modern 1 Bed apartment perfect for a couple. My apartment is located in the center of San Pedro Town and there is a supermarket next door which is perfect to buy your drinks and food. There are a many restaurants, churches, cafe, bars and nightlife within a 10-minute walk from the apartment. The beach is a 2 minute walk away or you can swim at Palapa Bar while having a drink. I also have an all in one washer and dryer along with a water cooler!
