The condo is an 800 sq. ft. apartment located above our working shop & is separate from our home, w/ a hot tub you reserve. The main open loft space has a king bed & single sofa sleeper. There is a separate bedroom space w/ a full bed. It has a small bathroom & kitchen. The condo & our home are on 2 acres with lush trees & close to vineyards, such as, Coria, Willamette Valley, and Ankeny & beautiful parks, a wildlife refuge, & rivers. Our 2 dogs will greet you upon arrival. Dogs ok. No cats

My family lived here from 2015-2022 when we decided to move to a bigger place. We rent our place exclusively on Airbnb and our retired parents have the space nextdoor. This is a 600 square foot studio with 1 queen bed, 1 couch that pulls out to a full bed, dining set, kitchenette, ductless heat/AC and bathroom with tub and shower. It has a private entrance and is up 1 flight of stairs. The apartment is quiet and comes wifi and TV. The route 6 bus stop is right across the street. Cozy Campus Getaway

This quiet attached room is located on a dead end street close to OSU. The gas fireplace gives this large, one room, one bathroom space a cozy feel. The separate entrance and free parking add to the privacy and convenience. The many windows face a large private backyard that has a park like feel. The patio and attached yard is only available for use by guests through prior arrangements with owner. The oversized couch is big enough for two to sleep on.

Country Stay @ Roddy Ranch

Enjoy a relaxing stay in the country. We are conveniently located between Salem and Albany and only 1/2 mile from I-5. Our comfortable and well appointed apartment has beautiful views of the orchards and farm fields that surround us. Our small horse farm will make you feel calm and serene as you enjoy your stay at the Roddy Ranch. Please be aware, this is an upstairs apartment.
