Two-BR, walk-on sandy beach in Kye Bay Comox

This 2-BR unit is one of 3 in a quiet building. The walk-on beach is lovely, the view is breathtaking, from summer heat to winter storms, it is peaceful, serene and some days the sound of the surf, eagles and herons are all you hear. There are many excursions close by including mountain biking, skiing, fishing, boating and hiking. The Valley is nature personified and Kye Bay is a jewel - the breath of sea air in the morning is worth the visit for sure!

Nature abounds at the new, professionally built tiny home on quiet dead end street on a 1/2 acre lot. Stay away from the hustle and bustle of town, but still be close to all the activities & amenities the beautiful Comox Valley has to offer. 10 minutes to North Island Hospital, the base of Mt. Washington, downtown Courtenay, Forbidden Plateau & Nymph Falls 20 minutes to Cumberland, Seal Bay, Lazo Beach, Kitty Coleman Beach & Goose Spit.

Cumberland Lofthouse

Newly added Level 2 EV charger. The Lofthouse has sleeping/living space for 4 on the main level. Heated concrete floors. Fully stocked for a comfortable stay. Close to the forest trails and village amenities. The unique folding ladder to the (optional) loft is steep, so kids under 6 will need supervision. The ladder can be safely stowed against the wall. Safely store 3 bikes inside, and outside you can find a bike stand/wash station.

Cozy, private 1-bedroom suite near beaches

The whole group will enjoy easy access to beaches, trails, and downtown from this centrally located place. It is easy to bike or walk around Comox. The Comox Valley is a hub to mountain biking trails, notably Cumberland, Strathcona Park hiking trails, and Mount Washington skiing. Comox is on a peninsula surrounded by beautiful beaches. We also allow pets for a $45/trip but are willing to negotiate for shorter trips.
