Grandma's House is in the heart of the Black Hills, located 1 mile from Hill City, it is minutes away from Mt. Rushmore, Crazy Horse, Custer State Park and more. It sits alone on the edge of a meadow with hills directly behind it and a small, bubbly creek in front of the house. The only other dwelling on the property is Teeny Home (100' away, 2 guest max, and privacy fence between the Homes). Each dwelling has its own private access. The nearest neighbor is a summer Horse Camp (350-500' away, quiet/polite neighbors) The nearest sites are Crazy Horse Memorial, Mount Rushmore, Jewel Cave, and Custer State Park Private/Quiet/Clea

Easy access to Hwy 16/385 and close to all the beauty that the Black Hills to offer.

Owned by a local wildland firefighter, this home is the perfect spot to enjoy the beauty of the area and be a great home-base for your Black Hills adventures.
