Welcome to our Little Brick House! Built in 1947, this home has a lot of the same charm and characteristics that you would see in a classic Farmhouse. We paid homage to its original design by renovating it to an updated Modern Farmhouse style along with a brand new kitchen and bathrooms. Located in the Heart of Rio Grande, you are within minutes of the original Bob Evans Farm, University of Rio Grande, Rio Ridge, and the Merry Family Winery. This house is rented under McAllister Properties LLC.

Outpost Cabin

Come and see our cabin nestled in a secluded location that is within close proximity to recreational activities and restaurants that will surely please a couple or an entire family. You can enjoy horseback riding trails nearby, hiking trails, golf courses, local parks, and fine dining or a cozy campfire in the evenings to end your day with story-telling and laughter that will last for many years. There is excellent cellphone service, and centrally located between Charleston and Huntington, WV.

The Bunkhouse

This tiny bunkhouse cabin is a peaceful place to land with all of the amenities you could want in SE Ohio! Located on a working 300+acre ranch, this cabin is often surrounded by cattle (fenced in, of course) and all of the sights and sounds that come with them! It is the perfect mixture of relaxation and outdoor adventure. Each stay comes with complete access to the stocked pond (catch and release, please!) and kayaks. This cabin is a short 10-minute drive to the Crown City Wildlife area.

Hunters Deeradise

Our Deeradise includes 60 acres of private hunting ground. Our 60 acres (private hunting) also borders a 30 acre tract of public hunting ground. Also there are 11,000 acres of state owned public hunting ground within 5 miles. Perfect for hunters. Twisted Vine Winery within 5 miles. We have a convenient store a few minutes away together with a dine in restaurant within five miles. Quiet neighborhood. Perfect for a couple's getaway. We are within short driving distance to: Marshall University, Cabell Huntington Hospital or St. Mary's, the Huntington Mall The place is small, quaint and cozy, offers a full kitchen, comfy bed, we live close to a highway so there is some traffic and our driveway is at a incline we are in a protected area which is near the city and on a bus line. The Hemlock House is a newly restored 1920's era home nestled on 3 wooded acres just outside of town with no houses within 500 ft in any direction. It is conveintly located just 1.5 miles south of I-64 at exit 11. 3.5 miles from downtown Huntington. Great stop for travelers, sporting events, groups, Marshall football, soccer, track, Hospital, or events. Private and level parking for two at the house and large rv/trailer parking at the entrance. Private, safe, no neighbors, and clean.

The 12x40ft space has a queen, 2 twins, another bed in the loft, and a couch, and would be great for families, hunters, or couples. Local coffee provided. Owners live onsite should any issues arise. Pet friendly. Free wi-fi available.

Farm house in the country . About 6 miles from Lake Vesuvius in Pedro , Ohio Large yard. Near a small creek . Great for hunters or if you just want to get away. The house has window air conditioners. There is a front porch where you can sit and rock or swing and just take it easy . There is WI-FI. And a landline for local calls or 911 There is a camper in the back yard that is rented also.
