Soho on Strand is a wonderful location in Cape Town, positioned in the heart of the World Cup festival atmosphere alongside the newly rejuvenated Cape Quarter and in walking distance of the stadium, V&A Waterfront, CBD and Convention Centre. This area has had tremendous cosmetic investment by the organising committee of the world cup, as it is positioned on walking route to the stadium that is popular for sporting fixtures and concerts. Whether you are wanting to indulge in Cape Town sight-seeing, sample the best of Cape Town cuisine, relax in a fashionable coffee shop, cocktail bar or browse the historical cobble stoned district, you will not need to stroll far from your front door. We are 30 mins drive from the Cape Winelands, 20 mins from the airport, 10 minutes from Camps Bay beach, 5 minutes from the Table Mountain cableway, and the CBD, V&A Waterfront, Convention Centre is in walking distance. Guests access the entire apartment, private balcony, shared swimming pool and barbecue area, reception area and resident's parking garage accessed directly from the lift. I do not live on the premises. In most cases I make use of the Airbnb self check-in facility because I prepare for guests in the morning and live too far away to be able to return to the city for late check in times. I am however constantly available on message and phone for enquiries and conversation. De Waterkant is a hip neighbourhood full of restaurants, cafes, and museums. Venture out to Bo Kaap nearby and explore its cobblestone streets, green spaces, and rooftop lounges. Both areas are within walking distance of the city centre.
