Prenditela con calma in questo spazio unico e rilassante. Casa Marù è un piccolo alloggio addatto a due o tre persone che cercano tranquillità e natura. Si trova in un piccolo borgo abruzzese facente parte dei borghi più belli d´Italia. La caratteristica dell´alloggio è la costruzione in pietra della Majella che rende la casa fresca in estate. I parcheggi (non a pagamento) sono posizionati vicino all´immobile. Ideale anche per chi volesse andare al mare (raggiungibile in 30 minuti circa).

Detached house, close to the center of the village of Capestrano, located in the Gran Sasso and Monti della Lega National Park. The house can be used all year round because it is equipped with every comfort and can be used by couples, families or groups thanks to its large spaces. The location is strategic for visiting both the mountains and the sea, with an equal distance in both cases. There is also a small outdoor patio that can also be used for a pleasant aperitif outdoors.

The "Crooked Cottage" on Abruzzo hills

Old 1800's rural house completely renovated with all comforts located in the outskirts of a small village in the Abruzzo pre-Apennines. 30 minutes by car from the Adriatic coast, 40 minutes from Gran Sasso and Maiella mountains (+2000 mt) and 2 hours by car from Rome. The house is equipped with a wooden deck of 20 m² facing south with views of the valley and the surrounding woods, suitable for outdoor dinners and lunches, yoga, meditation in complete tranquility and privacy.

You will be staying in a private apartment with your own kitchen, bathroom and private entrance on the ground floor of the house. Monica is your host and I live at the first floor of the house. During your stay I will be there to help you with anything you need.

A pochi minuti dal mare e dalle piste da sci, immerso nelle colline del Pescarese ma a soli 25 minuti dal mare, a 40 minuti dalla montagna e a 5 minuti di auto si trova l’autostrada. É consentito l’accesso a cani di sola PICCOLA taglia. La villa è abitata dai proprietari di casa nel piano superiore ma saranno presenti prevalentemente solo per il check-in e la manutenzione del giardino, mentre invece gli ospiti avranno la piena privacy e autonomia del piano terra.

Glamping Abruzzo - The Yurt

This luxurious yurt, with its own private hot-tub and fire-pit, is set in a peaceful olive grove, with sweeping views to the Majella mountain. Part of an organic olive farm, thirty minutes from Pescara Airport. Magnificent National Parks are nearby and the local restaurants are excellent too. Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.

The entire property, that sits on 6 hectares of land, is completely private and for the exclusive use of guests. The outdoor space comes complete with a wood burning hot tub and swimming pool. The house is a 35 minute drive from Pescara Airport and 1 hour and 45 mins away from Rome.

La casa si struttura su un grande piano terra e un primo piano destinato alla camera secondaria. La casa puo essere riservata solo per brevi permanenze, di 30 giorni massimo.
