Come enjoy this peaceful private getaway in a beautiful country setting that is still close to town and the bourbon trail. The cottage offers two bedrooms (one king, one queen) and one bath with an open floor plan, fully stocked kitchen, W/D, front and back covered porches, and don't forget the animals! We have mini Highland and High Park cattle, a horse, friendly barn cats, and spacious natural surroundings. There is also a walking trail along the woods, and a beautiful pond. Dogs welcome too!

Wee Nook is a 360 square foot living space with a full kitchen and bathroom. It is tucked underground in the middle of the woods. 12/10/25 I’m in the process of doing exterior siding on abnb and my house. There will be a bit of noise during daylight hours. May be finished in a week. This has now become an active family farm that requires land and livestock maintenance on a daily, you may hear a bit of noise during daylight hours, unless it’s a holiday weekend when my kids visit, those weekends can get a lot louder. I have been trying to keep my kids quiet for nearly 38 years…..if you’re a parent, you understand.
