The Music Inn is a former recording studio and now features our new Pool, Putting Green, Bocce Court and Year Round Hot Tub. We live upstairs and love hosting our guests, who are welcome to share our new backyard! Relax in a completely private walkout basement guest suite. Includes: theater room, Gigafast wifi, Kichenette with Keurig coffee & nice variety of snacks. We are 3 mi from grocery store, 7 mi from a mall, 5 mi from downtown Franklin & 20 mi to Nashville. Come seclude yourself on a scenic 5 acre oasis in the rolling hills of Joelton, TN. Located just 20 minutes from Nashville. Private, 2-acre lake for swimming, floating, kayaking, paddle boating & hiking. Beautiful cabin style duplex - 660 sq ft open space to kitchen, living, and bedroom. Separate bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Enjoy sitting in the hot tub on a private deck while listening to the bubbly creek. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to make yourself at home.

Harriet’s Hideaway: Amazing Mountaintop Sunrises

A rustic guest suite in the lower level of a log home. This open floor design features live edge tables, a large 75” screen tv with internet based channels, great wifi & an amazing view of the mountains & sunrises right outside your door! Your private deck has comfortable seating & a hot tub provided for your comfort. A Blackstone gas griddle is yours to use. A firepit with wood is provided! *Hosts do live upstairs, but the suite is sound insulated and noise from below has never been heard.

Private Retreat Downtown Franklin

Historic home located in the heart of Downtown Franklin. You will have half of this century old southern charmer all to yourself. The home is divided into two units with no shared spaces. You will have your own bedroom, bathroom, parlor, and office space with a double bed...and private use of the Front Porch. The home is walking distance to Main Street with dozens of dining options, and is right in the middle of several Civil War sites. Franklin is about 30 mins from downtown Nashville.

Jetted tub/fire pit/king bed/pet friendly

Only 11 miles to Broadway, and 10-15 minutes to the Opry and East Nashville! Get away from the city buzz in our quiet neighborhood without compromising proximity to downtown. This basement studio features a full kitchen, jetted spa tub, king bed, and private patio with outdoor seating and a fire pit. Please note that this is the downstairs of our home and there are stairs up to a locked door which we have put a curtain over. With babies and a dog, minor overhead noise is possible!

All rooms have a view of the lake and the deck overlooks Dale Hollow. We are a mile from Wolf River Boat Dock. The suite is downstairs with a private entrance. There are walking paths that encompasses 3 acres on the property. The private deck has a fire pit for chilly mornings to enjoy coffee or relaxing evening. Located on Spring Creek, one of Tennessee's designated State Scenic Rivers, this property offers over 2,000 ft of river frontage, including 2 waterfalls. You'll have the entire custom-built suite to yourself with amazing views out every window. Listen to the springs pouring down the cliffside, birds chirping, and star gazing- all from your private porch. The entry is keyless for easy self-check in. We live on top of the hill and are available if you need anything.

Urban Renewal

Welcome to Urban Renewal. Located minutes from the airport and a few miles from downtown, it's the perfect location to take in the city, but retreat to the quiet and calm for a restful night. This space is newly renovated and connected to our main house through a door locked on both sides. You have a private entrance with off-street parking right outside your door. We're conveniently located in the middle of Donelson, which has many local restaurants and small shops.

The Guest Suite at Highpoint Farm

Welcome to the guest suite at High Point Farm. A lovely suite with bathroom attached to our 160 year old Farmhouse. Our beautiful 5 acre farm is only 15-20 min from downtown and a 1/4 mile from a scenic park with hiking trails. The cottage has 2 lovely courtyard gardens with benches and tables that are wonderful in the mornings and evenings to relax in. Our suite has beautiful views and has its own outside entrance. LGBTQIA friendly.
