Cabin on Sawyer creek rd is located 2 miles from Shell Lake wisconsin and 4 from Spooner. We are located on the snowmobile trail you can take North to spooner area trails or South to Shell Lake area trails. The roads are also designated atv routes so you can travel to atv trails as well. You can bring your boat and fish one or several lakes in the area. In winter there are trails on the 40 acres around the cabin that are accessible to snowshoeing, cross country skiing, and in summer a quiet walk

The cabin sits at the end of the road on a private lot with a perfect view of sunsets over the nature side of the lake. Drive past farm fields, into the woods, and onto our private gravel road, arriving at the driveway. Watch loons, tundra swans, eagles, beavers and deer while you relax by the lake. Hunt Hill's Rustic Log Cabin

Welcome to Hunt Hill Nature Center! We are a public, non-profit learning center and nature sanctuary. Our historic Log Cabin is nearly a century old and offers a peaceful retreat in the woods. All the furniture was updated in 2018. The Log Cabin is located just outside of the main camp, settled on top of a hill overlooking pristine forest habitat. Nearby towns offer additional entertainment or relax in our quiet setting while reading a good book in front of the stone fireplace.
