Villa Poduniz is a new built semi detached villa situated in the town of Punat, island of Krk. It is a small resort just 8km from town of Krk and 65km from Rijeka. Surrounded by fragrant healing plants, it is a perfect place of peace and quiet. The parking place is located 50 m from the house, and the house is located in first row to the sea, only 20 m away. The house Casa di Campagna is located in a quiet private property surrounded by mediterranean landscape with its herbs and scents. Although perfect for us, its tranquility may not suit all.

Apartment 2 is located on the 1st floor of a family house in the part Zagazinjine of the town of Mali Lošinj, the apartment is a 3 minute walk to the beach Bojčić and bay Sveti Martin ( other beaches is a 5 to 10 minute car ride), nearby there is a market, cafe bar, restaurants, children's playground and bicycle rental. To the city center and the Apoksionem museum takes 10 minutes walk.
