Our home is about 6 blocks from Lake Huron and just minutes to downtown shopping, restaurants, beaches, parks, boat launches and more. Patti's Getaway is only: about 8 miles from Tawas Point State Park (good place to bird watch) , about 12 miles from Corsair Trails, about 15 miles form Iargo Springs and Lumbermen's Memorial, just to name a few places.

Our subdivision is ideally situated among thousands of acres of public land near the beautiful Au Sable River. The neighborhood is quiet, peaceful, and full of nature. Come and enjoy all this beautiful area has to offer, including hunting, fishing, hiking, skiing, trail riding, kayaking, tubing, canoeing, etc. A boat launch for the Au Sable River, an ORV trailhead and DJs Scenic Bar are within a mile of the cabin (in McKinley). Hiking and skiing trails are 10-15 minutes from the cabin.

Comfortable living room has a gas fireplace and attached game room with a card table and air hockey table. Outside has a private backyard patio, firepit, pond and plenty of wildlife… and less then five minutes from Lake Huron’s beaches and boat launches. Use of a heated in-ground fenced-in pool memorial day to labor day is not guaranteed. Pet friendly with an additional fee upon approval.

Located 10.9 miles from Hale and 15 miles from Glennie. Self-check-in with the lockbox.

Built with many unique features: log cabin room with vaulted ceiling, log walls in kitchenette/upstairs small dinette seating area and log wall in sunroom. Carriage style Barn doors, from grandparents old chicken coop. The metal stair railing designed & laser cut with pine trees. Downstairs walkout basement has concrete log beams & posts, as well as some concrete tree branches. Trails are for quiet travel only, no motors.

Near trails for walking or 4 wheeling. 2 wineries, a microbrewery and many great restaurants/bars nearby. Outdoor camp fire ring and grill. This is Michigan up north as it was meant to be!

A fixer-upper. The house is ready now with some ongoing projects. The house is one bedroom on top of a two-car garage so being able to climb steps is a must to enter the living space. The house is located in town. Less than a 5-minute stroll to the lake passing a coffee and ice cream shop, a consignment shop, an art gallery, etc. This is a great place to stay for the Harbor Town Weekend in September. Weather permitting, you can have a camp fire in the back yard. Very close to ORV trails and events . Lake Saint Helen has a beach, fishing pier and beautiful sun sets .
