Cute and cozy, tucked into a nice wooded lot. Walking distance to Brimley State Park, 2 miles from Bay Mills Resort and Casino and Wild Bluff Golf course. Also near Mission Hill Overlook, Pendills Fish Hatchery, Soo Locks and Tahquamenon Falls. We have endless access to NCT (North Country Trail) for hiking. Short walk to the public access beach of Lake Superior (1 block) for swimming and breathtaking sunrise/sunsets. The entire area is loaded with trails for SXS, ATV and or snowmobiling.

No detail was overlooked during the renovation of this historic building. With two full bathrooms, a well stocked kitchen, laundry room, one bedroom with sitting area, loft and 2000 square feet of living space, we think the Chapel is an amazing option! Even closer, you can hike the trails at Tahquamenon Falls or scavenge the beach of Whitefish Point, where you might find an agate or a yooperlite stone.

This home is perfectly located to use as a base camp to enjoy all of the great resources available in the Upper Peninsula. ~~fish, hike, hunt, kayak, bike, snowmobile, gamble, take in night life, rock hunt, golf, swim, explore, the options are endless.

Spruce Haven a Northwoods U.P. Experience

Full house, 2 bedrooms (sunroom could be third), 1.5 bath, full kitchen/dining room, living room, , towels and bed linens furnished, electric and gas heat. Supplied short ride to snowmobile and ATV trails. Can accommodate 2 to 10 people. Available for snowmobile, ATV's or fishing. for the golfer, wild Bluff Golf course is just a short distance away. . Located on a paved road approx. 2 miles from Brimley. Private back yard with picnic table and charcoal grill, charcoal provided.
