Place is very quiet, close to I 35 & George Bush Turnpike. All amenities within 1/2 mi. Walmart, and "Korea town" 1 mi from the house. Bus 5 minutes' walk. On-demand DART to/from home to/from the station no extra cost. Guest has access to a full remodeled kitchen, the living room and of course a bathroom. Bathroom, kitchen and common spaces are cleaned everyday. I am living there and have some talks with guests if we meet in the common space, however I am very discreet and don't bother them.

Just 5 minutes from I-20, my unique neighborhood is peaceful and serene consisting mostly of one acre and larger lots. When you arrive at my home in a quiet cul-de-sac, you'll find it easy to relax with many modern amenities. It's fresh, contemporary and priced well below its actual value. I only host one guest/couple at a time; no other guests will be here during your stay. The pool is only for the use of my lodging guests, but if I have no lodging guests, the pool can be booked separately.

Stay in our refreshed house in Irving! We have a comfy room for you with a king bed, a TV with lots of shows, and quick internet. Don't stress about keys; our door has a special code. There's a large closet for all your stuff. Feel free to cook in our kitchen that has everything you need. Your room has its own attached private bathroom, so you have privacy. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space in the heart of Dallas, very close to White Rock Lake! We have guest accommodations behind our home in central Dallas, with close proximity to everything from downtown, to a scenic (and historic) horse stable right down the street. The space has a bedroom with a queen bed and a hideaway sofa bed in a safe and peaceful neighborhood! My work studio is upstairs which I use from 10-3pm daily but I’m very quiet.
