Jocelyn Street Beach House

With beautiful views North along Dalmeny beach and South-East out to Montague Island, this renovated home is the perfect place to bring the family or friends to get away from the busy work schedules and relax. A short walk or ride along the Dalmeny/Narooma bike-path (which passes along the back fence) brings you to the shops and beaches. A perfect base for riding the Narooma MTB trails, space for the boat for keen fishers and featuring a native garden to immerse yourself in and watch the birds.

The lifestyle is relaxed and easy in this spacious home, across from the golden sands and abundant surf of Yabbarra Beach. After swimming, the hot outdoor shower is a joy. The original stables at historic Longsight have been lovingly restored and converted to luxury boutique accommodation. Many of the original features have been preserved such as the exposed wood rafters, weatherboards, iron roof and facade. Even the original saddle racks remain in the bathroom and old framing timber has been repurposed into a beautiful kitchen island. Perfect for couples or families looking for a relaxing country getaway.

The indoor living area flows out to the expansive entertainment deck, creating an ideal setting for relaxed entertaining. You will enjoy beach access from a walking trail. We don't except bookings for SCHOOLIES or Parties.

Your retreat is a private ABSOLUTE beachfront home on three levels, with ocean panoramas everywhere you look. There is not a road, power line, fence or cliff to separate you from the ever-changing ocean, and your secluded cove-beach just 30 steps below. ONE host with just ONE home. Total focus on your visit. I am not able to welcome or host PETS as there is no fencing, with sensitive ocean reserve public land adjoining.
