The Stables - Farm at Freeburgh on Ovens River

With direct, private access to the Great Valley Trail and the Ovens River, The Stables provides luxurious bespoke accommodation and complimentary mountain bikes for your stay. Located on 10 acres, The Stables is an outbuilding to the family home, along with our farm stay, The Barn. Within 10 minutes to the tourist town of Bright, and in close proximity to Falls Creek and Mt Hotham, only a short 45 minute drive away for hiking & skiing. Horse stays are also an option, with trail riding close by!

A fully self-contained cottage centrally located in the heart of the beautiful King Valley food and wine region. It is the perfect retreat for couples and friends to relax & unwind. Spacious, modern and comfortable, it can accommodate up to seven guests with two queen rooms and one tri room. It has two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and laundry. Barbecue, linen and towels provided. Incredibly close to all the major winery's, directly opposite the award winning Mountain View Hotel.

The cottage is self contained and set up for an overnight stay or that well deserved relaxing getaway for a few nights. Lupo’s Loft is upstairs at Lupo’s Kiln Cafe. Luxury accommodation for 2 in a king bed, complimentary champagne on arrival, free WiFi, Netflix TV(using your own login),kitchenette, bathroom and lounge area. Ideally located on the rail trail and the Great Alpine Road it is the perfect location for a romantic getaway. Lupo’s Kiln Cafe is open for lunch and dinner on Friday and Saturday’s and lunch only on Sunday’s. Open from 11am - 10pm Fri & Sat. 11am - 4pm Sun.
