Luminoso e silenzioso appartamento di 60 mq con terrazza esclusiva sui tetti del centro storico, risalente al 1700 e completamente ristrutturato in modo conservativo. E' situato nella zona più prestigiosa di Bologna: a pochi passi dai Giardini Margherita e dalla rinomata Via Castiglione, da cui si raggiungono le Due Torri in circa 10 minuti a piedi. Ingresso con zona giorno, angolo cottura e piccolo bagno. Al primo piano ampia camera da letto matrimoniale, guardaroba e bagno. Baita Barn in organic vineyard (chalet chiavenna)

Sulla cima di una collina, circondata da vigneti e coltivazioni , si erge il fienile di "Torre Scilano", luogo incantevole, situato lungo la via "Bregaglia" , il cui sfondo sono le cascate dell'Acquafraggia. Sito non solo naturale, ma anche storico-archeologico , in quanto il fienile sorge sui resti dell'antica Piuro, fiorente città sepolta da una frana nel settembre 1618. Questa particolare costruzione storica è legata strettamente al territorio agricolo-colturale.

The Casetta was a sheepfold that was part of the farm unit already at our purchase in 1972. It is nestled between the landings of our olive grove and the woods, and can be reached via a dirt road and a small ford from the main house of Borgo Mocale, about 800 meters.
