Villa del Pezzino (private beach)

The Villa is located in Portovenere County, on the border of 5 Terre National Park, and features an amazing 5000 m2 garden (1.3 acres) + 100 meters of private coastline line (more than 300 feet), with smooth access to the water. The villa is nestled on a cliff, overlooking from a privileged spot the Gulf of La Spezia . During 2024 and 2025 the interior of the villa was completely renovated, with top of the line materials and appliances, turning every stay into an extremely enjoyable experience.

Villa Giuliana is an elegant early ‘900 villa where to spend your holiday on Menaggio, at the hearth of lake Como. The villa can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people as it has 3 bedrooms with double beds and 3 full bathrooms, one in each bedroom. There is also a kitchen, a living-room, a dining-room, a terrace and a garden where to have lunch or dinner or relax sunbathing. Villa Giuliana is suitable for stays of a few days or even over a week for families with children or groups of friends.

Antique furnishings perfectly complement the historic architecture. The house is on 3 floors so a fair bit of walking up and down stairs is required. The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

Located a few steps from the beach and the town of Portovenere, Giardino di Venere offers all the comforts to relax in an oasis of quiet ideal for couples, families or group of friends. An additional bedroom (for an extra fee) to add on request x tot. 11 beds. Ground floor is fully accessible for guests with disabilities, with bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen accessible by wheelchair. The entrance is accessible directly from the private parking lot. Air conditioning is available. Jacuzzi available exclusive use at an additional cost.
