Stairs lead to the main floor: living, kitchen & dining areas, 1/2 bath, laundry. 2nd flight of stairs leads to the Master Bedroom (King)w/private deck & a 2nd bedroom (Queen). 2 bathrooms (2 showers/1 tub). The main floor deck overlooks the pool & cabanas, beach view on one side. Below the condo, enjoy the picnic table & charcoal grill/bring charcoal. No smoking inside, only underneath the condo. No water crafts nor pets allowed per the complex rules.

The Crows Nest Casita is located behind our full time residence. This unique spot is all you need for a quick getaway to the beach & budget friendly! We are in the heart of Fort Morgan walking distance to Gulf Highlands beach (no thru traffic just a trail) planned this design for our love of Caribbean and The French Quarter. There is plenty of gathering space inside, a King Sized bed in the master bedroom with a tiled, walk-in shower, & an additional Queen sized bed in the guest bedroom. A fully stocked kitchen makes home cooked meals a breeze & the large living-dining area makes spending time with family comfortable & convenient.

My one bedroom and one and a half bath bungalow is located in Bay to Breakers which is a private street that offers beach access to the Gulf, community pool area and a long fishing pier on Mobile Bay. My unit features an upstairs bedroom with balcony with great views of the Gulf. The kitchen is well equipped with counter eating area, WiFi, cable TV in living area and bedroom and washer/dryer. There is a gas grill with outdoor seating. Beach Chairs & Umbrellas for guests use.

707 Penthouse: Our Living Room is the Gulf

Luxury Penthouse 3/2 at Holiday Isle Resort on Dauphin Island! Guest will relax on the balcony overlooking the Gulf or enjoy the view from the Master suite or living room. We have a fully stocked kitchen with stainless appliances and a convenient center island. Our 3rd bedroom can be arranged for twin or Cal-King set up (see Pics). Guests will enjoy amenities like Tennis/Pickleball, outdoor pool, indoor pool, Ping-Pong, fitness room, sauna, steam room, and an indoor hot tub.

This stunning 4BR beach house (with 2 King Suites) sits in the gated Morgantown community, offering 2 pools (one heated as of Nov 2025), plus lighted tennis and pickleball courts. Enjoy Gulf views from the front deck or relax on the back deck overlooking a private lake. The beach is just 500 feet away—walk or rent a golf cart for a fun ride ($75/day, $400/week). Includes a beach cart for easy trips with chairs, toys, and all your seaside essentials!

Enjoy our island where you can play in the sand or play in the pool! Bring your bikes or plan to walk or drive to attractions and restaurants. The friendly locals will welcome you with open arms. There will be a parking pass in the home that gives you access to some of the island parking lots right on the beach. Just pack your beach equipment in your car, drive to the designated streets, unload and walk just feet from the waters edge.
