Radiant heat, and a lovely view of the neighborhood and sometimes peek of the river. Free Roku , and Disney+! (no local channels) WiFi Kitchen cook wear, utensils and complementary coffee and tea with to go cups for early mornings. LGBTQ+ friendly.🏳️‍🌈 Owner occupied with young noisy children in the rest of the house. No shared space, we share walls.

This apartment is a stand-alone unit, no shared walls or neighbors above or below, and is a private, quiet, comfortable space in the heart of Davenport. The apartment is exclusively yours during your stay, no sharing closet or bathroom space with the host's personal belongings. It's a fully furnished 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment that was originally built as a caretaker's cottage. It is located behind my home, above my garage. Guests must be able to climb up 1 1/2 flights of stairs for access.

This little cottage is a Rock Island Historic house. Nestled among the large Victorians, it was built in 1879 and housed various workers, from a blacksmith, to a wallpaper hanger! Located just blocks from the Mississippi River you can walk along a paved bike path with gorgeous views. In the evening enjoy the vibrant nightlife, with music and a dinner playhouse! This tiny historic cottage is great for a quick night, but perfect for class reunions, weddings and the John Deer Classic!

1920 stately, charming home in historic McClellan heights on secluded lot surrounded by trees and wildlife. View of the river Centennial bridge lights In fall, bugle calls from Arsenal at 6:30 am 9:30 and 10:00 pm. Very quiet safe neighborhood on narrow low traffic cross street. Walking distance to bars (live music on weekends) restaurants, shops, kwik shop, coffee shop, Lindsey Park playground, water taxi on the river, 70 mile bike trail.
