Our 120 year-old home is located within walking distance of Lynn's DakotaMart grocery store, The Hearst Library, Roundhouse Liquors, Shiver's Brewery, and a great breakfast venue, That Place. Lewie's Burgers and The Stampmill are a very short drive. It's a quick drive to Deadwood. You can be on the ski/hike/bike/snowmobile trails in 1-4 minutes. The Mining Museum and Sanford Lab are close by. Note: The house does NOT have Wifi.

Adorable loft carriage house with hot tub

This is the original carriage house from 1892 that has been converted into living quarters with a small fenced in outdoor space. The cozy cottage is made up of two levels. On the floor level, is a small kitchen, bathroom, and sitting area with gas fire place (love seat pulls out to a single bed). On the second level, via a narrow steep hayloft staircase, is a king bed, tv, and private balcony. This quaint space is the perfect get away.

Monumental Stay-HOT TUB/lower unit/SUPER CLEAN

PLEASE READ!! Monumental Stay is located in a safe neighborhood w/quick & easy access to restaurants, shopping malls, convenience & grocery stores. This is the LOWER UNIT of our home and was totally refinished in Aug. 2022. We are only 23 miles from Mt. Rushmore, 32 miles from Sturgis, 46 miles to Deadwood and 23 miles from Pactola Lake. Enjoy the beauty of the Black Hills and come back and relax in the 4 person Hot tub.

Twin Springs Cabin-Private Hot Tub!

We can accommodate up to eight people in this spacious, fully equipped 1356 sq foot cabin. There are three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Total serenity in the northern Black Hills on an acre of wooded property. Snow mobile and ATV trails are approximately 1 mile away, 4.5 miles from Mickelson Trail. For a fun evening in town Deadwood is 8 miles. Mount Rushmore, Keystone, Reptile Gardens are all about a 45 minute drive.
