Διαθετει διπλο κρεβατι,χωρο καθιστικου με ένα μικρό καναπε(ο καναπές έχει λεπτό στρώμα αλλά μπορεί να κοιμηθεί κάποιος) και ανετο σκαμπο πουφ,συγχρονη εξοπλισμενη κουζινα! Εχει δικο του ανεξαρτητο μπαλκονι 30τ.μ. που θα απολαυσετε την εξαιρετικη θεα τις παλιας γραφικης πολης!

Στο κεντρο του Ρεθύμνου βρίσκεται μεσα σε 20' με τα πόδια και 5' με μεταφορικό μέσο.
